The "big, or small" exhibition is a study of the Chinese scale relationship, which discusses the position of the Chinese language in the current design context. In the process of translating information from Google, we find the visual interest in the process of translating information from English to Chinese. As a result, we have carried out a lot of transcription experiments on daily and poster information layout, font size and color and redesign. We convert capital English into Chinese with the same size, and find it a non-conventional sense of visual shock, which is due to the visual difference between the large-scale Chinese character and the original English information figure. This process is the primary logic for us to find a new visual language. The three editions of "translation", "converting" and "expansion" in the theme exhibition carry different new visual discussions, and we discuss how to restore and establish the visual presentation state of the Chinese system context in the context of the western language design system. The exhibition is not the result of an argument, but to put forward the possibility through a way, leading to open discussion and thinking.
